I, Pooja Hareendaran, a student of the MIGJM program, gained a strong and well-rounded understanding of gemstones and jewellery during my time at IIG. The program helped me build clarity in gemstone concepts while also developing my skills in manual jewellery design, CAD, and merchandising.
The balanced approach between technical knowledge and practical application gave me valuable insight into how gemstones and jewellery come together in real market scenarios. The hands-on training and industry-oriented learning played a key role in shaping my professional confidence.
Today, I am proud to be working as a Merchandiser at H K Kisna, Hyderabad, where I actively apply the skills and knowledge gained during the program. I am grateful for the learning experience and guidance that prepared me for the industry, and I highly recommend the MIGJM program to anyone aspiring to build a career in the gem and jewellery field.
