Masters In Diamonds is a supreme course to learn about Rough as well as Polished Diamonds. It will includes both Graduates Programs such as – Rough Diamond Graduate and Diamond Graduate.

NO, Masters In Diamonds course is a combination course of Rough Diamond Graduate and Diamond Graduate. So there is no need to learn it separately; It is already included.

In total, 10,000+ Pieces of Diamonds, which includes all sizes, clarity and color of the diamonds. Also we will show diamond synthetics and simulants (Look alike – gemstones). We believe in Practical and rigorous Hands on training.

Yes, Valuation or pricing is also covered in the course. At IIG we always focus on the practicality of the course, so we also give immense knowledge about the world markets, source countries and pricing of each and every size, color and clarity of diamonds. All parameters that affect the price of diamonds are discussed at a length.

Yes, Jewellery design is a skilled course with a creative side. But at IIG we teach from scratch and help you develop concepts which are a vital part of design.

IIG provides all its Jewellery Designing Students with a full designing kit bag which includes all required stationary, design manual Guide, Portfolio papers, design templates etc.

Certain gemology courses are designed especially to teach online with well-designed modules, PPTs, Videos and Audio contents. RSE – The Big 3, Navratnam, and Introduction to Gemology are such programs which one can learn online. After the online program if someone want to come physically for practical sessions at any one of the IIG campuses; are welcome too. Note there is no extra charge for the practical sessions.

Yes, you can. We teach all theory part of the program online with the help of webinars with zoom sessions. For practical hands-on training student should come to any one the IIG Campuses. Same like Distance education student can complete the program online with 1-2 week lab classes.

Parents or Students to submit the completed admission form along with the mentioned documents, such as Copy of Aadhar Card or Passport or PAN card or any other residential address proof. Two passport size photographs should be compulsorily submitted for admission for any IIG Programs.

Note: For Non – Residential or Foreign students the copy of Passport and self-declaration is must.

Fees as per current Fees Charts should be submitted before or along with the Admission form at least one week prior to the starting date of that particular program.

Our offline class strength in each batch is 8 to 10 students but our online batches are restricted to 5 students each for 100% practical assistance and one on one personal attention.

We do provide placement assistance. IIG is the brand which is well versed with many reputed wholesaler – retailers, factories and manufacturers. Also we have tied up with gems & Jewellery companies who provide unconditional internship to IIG students just after completion of course. IIG also conducts Career Camps twice in a year with more than 25 reputed companies who regularly recruits IIG Students and Alumni.

While there are a few outliers, the general average salary for diamond graduates comes to about Rs. 20,000 +, Gemology Graduates comes to approximately Rs. 40,000 and more, Jewellery Designers (Manual) Rs. 25,000 + and CAD designers Rs. 35,000 + as per the general experience with past students of the institute. Also salary depend upon your skill and keenness to work, too.

IIG faculties are well experienced and passionate about the subject they teach. Some faculties are teaching at IIG for more than 2 decades, all the faculties are having considerable professional experience and in-depth knowledge about the gem & Jewellery subject and industry as a whole.

IIG always allow experience persons to apply for Faculty positions, at least two years of work for Jr. Faculty and five years of work experience for Sr. Faculty position in the industry or similar and reputed gemology institutes together with 6 month probation training period is required for Gemology, Diamonds, and Jewellery Designing department.
