Job Description:

As a Jewellery Designer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and creating stunning jewellery pieces featuring gemstones. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise in crafting eye-catching designs that resonate with our discerning clientele. You will contribute to the development of our product line, ensuring that each piece reflects our brand's signature style and meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Role and Requirement:

1. Develop innovative design concepts for jewellery pieces, incorporating creative elements and unique aesthetics.

2. Source and select high-quality gemstones for use in jewellery designs, ensuring they meet the specified criteria for size, colour, clarity, and cut.

3. Create detailed sketches and renderings of jewellery designs, providing visual representations for approval and production.

4. Collaborate with the production team to ensure the feasibility of design concepts and facilitate the smooth transition from concept to finished product.

5. Conduct thorough quality checks on finished jewellery pieces to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.

6. Stay abreast of industry trends, market demand, and competitor offerings to inform design decisions and identify opportunities for innovation.

7. Work closely with clients to understand their preferences and requirements, offering personalized design solutions and exceptional customer service.

Educational Qualification and Skills Required:

1. Recently graduated from a Jewellery Design, Fine Arts, or related program.
2. Proven experience as a jewellery designer will be an addition.
3. Strong creative and artistic abilities, with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
4. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Rhino, or CAD software, Corel,      procreate & rhino etc.
5. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. A positive attitude, creativity, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
