SVAR Gems is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our esteemed gemstones business. As a leading player in the gemstone industry, we are committed to providing high-quality gemstones to our discerning clientele worldwide.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Ø  Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.

Ø  Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including establishing relationships with potential clients, dealers, and distributors.

Ø  Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead.

Ø  Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales, promotional, and pricing strategies.

Ø  Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Ø  Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.

Ø  Stay updated with industry developments, gemstone trends, and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and provide expert advice.

Ø  Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent the company and expand the professional network.

Qualifications:

Ø  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (preferred but not mandatory).

Ø  Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the gemstone or luxury goods industry but we are open to candidates from other industries.

Ø  Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate the team.

Ø  Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ø  Customer-centric mind set with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Ø  Willingness to travel as required.
